Media in a Changing Global Culture

I found that I could relate to this week’s topics because I felt that it related to things I want to do in the future and my career path.  I found the reading about Media Literacy to be especially interesting. We live in a climate where Media Literacy is a necessity in the ever changing work force and so the way we view and teach media literacy must change as well. I found interesting the idea that to teach Media Literacy we have to interact with it and use it in different ways. One can not just sit in a lesson and be taught media literacy but instead would have to connect with it on multiple levels and ingratiate it in one’s lifestyle.
